Villa Chata is two-story, beachfront estate on San Pancho, Riviera Nayarit beach. situated in Las Olas, a gated, private community just a short walk to the village of San Pancho. Villa Chata hosts six en suite bedrooms total, which includes two private, detached en suite rooms, a pool and tropical gardens. The detached king en suite bedroom is nicely tucked away in the garden area. Entering the main home, one finds the fully equipped kitchen with sub-zero fridge and combined dining/living room area which all open out to the grand, beachfront, pool terrace with outdoor dining, chaise lounges and an outdoor kitchen and BBQ area. The entry level also hosts one en suite king bedroom as well as the laundry and service rooms. The second level hosts the other three en suite bedrooms, one oceanone ocean view, king primary bedroom with terrace, the other ocean view, king en suite bedroom and the en suite den bedroom with two single beds overlooking the garden and water feature.
