Casa Xolo is a bright and airy three bedroom, three bathroom with a generous sized dipping pool, conveniently located within an eight minute walk to the pristine San Pancho beach and one block away from the heart of the pueblo where you will find a wide array of restaurants, mini-groceries stores and gift shops. As one enters the home, they will encounter the full kitchen, living area, full bathroom and outdoor dining area with pool and patio. The entry level also hosts two bedrooms, one being en-suite.

The second level opens freely to the outdoor patio with wet bar, outdoor sofas. Also located on this level is the other en-suite, fully enclosed bedroom.
