We have a very good cleaner on schedule for every two weeks and she cleans like it’s a holiday rental property so she takes care of all of the little details, refilling hand soaps, dish, soaps, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, washing all the bedding, and towels, and doing a deep cleaning each time. She is meticulous if you give her a list of specifics and very reliable. We also have a wonderful reliable air-conditioning person that does six months maintenance and is reliable for on-call situations. Our air conditioner in the bedroom is new and much more efficient so cuts cost on electricity. We also have a really good reliable person that takes care of plaster and paint repairs if needed. And there is also a general handyman type that a lot of our neighbors in the building use too. It’s made us doing our Home Exchange a lot easier having confidence in the community here and the people that we can rely on. But the building is really well maintained as is our condo so we haven’t really needed to do much but just maintenance and some minor improvements. The building manager and the staff are all really fantastic too. We feel really grateful to have called this home on Havre Street which means Haven.

The plants on our balcony are very low maintenance native plants. They get watered twice a week.
