When I went to buy my properties, Nancy Zetter took care of me and advised me on which properties to buy. When it came time to sell the properties, Nancy Zetter was with me through the entire process. After 19 years in PVR real estate market, we decided to sell our 2 condos. We partnered with Kerry Fregoso  (real estate agent). We first met Kerry 19 years ago when we bought our 2 condos as she was in our community. We knew Kerry was experienced as real estate agent and really knowledgeable about Puerto and Nuevo Vallarta real estate market. As a foreigner (Canadian), we were expecting surprises and additional requirements through the process versus our country. We were looking for Kerry to help us navigating through all those steps. Kerry provided guidance and advice using her experience. She was really proactive toward the next steps to come, I communicated with her via text and email messages; response time was fast and clear. Using translation tools, she even communicated with us in French!  Kerry really surprised us when we had to get a document from our government and she went in our Government website, found the document and sent us the link. She took on the responsibility to find the documentation and not just pushing on us the research. She provided us pre-closing tax assessment, excellent reference for the escrow services, she used recent technologies applications for closing and her fees were competitive. She even represented us in 1 transaction at closing as we were not able to attend in person. The money was in our bank account in Canada less than 48 hours after closing for each of our transactions. If you want a real estate agent that is experienced involving foreigners, that you can trust, be effective and proactive, Kerry is your choice. We had a very good experience with her and we recommend her to our friends in Puerto Vallarta.
