We are extremely happy with our purchase at V399. In our opinion this building has been built to the highest standard and completed in a timely manner. The purchase process was clear and straightforward. We highly recommend Heva as a developer.

The developer exceeded my expectations, the finished product looks even better than expected, the design and furniture on the roof top along with the view, is breathtaking, and the customer service from all the personnel involved in the process, has been A++, Great job Sarah for the timely and professional reply to my emails, the same goes for Lee and Nadia.

I would not hesitate to recommend Operadora HEVA to my friends and relatives.

One thing I must mention, the bump on the ramp from parking level one to parking level two, will be a problem for low sedan vehicles.

What can I say about the V399 project…

Let´s begin with the Apple Gate agents:

• Sarah, you made us feel special and we always felt the honesty and we recognize all the work you did to address all of our concerns.
• We met all of the members of Apple Gate, and became friends with them; so easy with beautiful people.
• Had we concerns, talking to an agent, we could very well see they cared and they were on the phone immediately to deal with the matter.
• Even with concerns not regarding the building, they got out of their way to please us.

What about the project:

• We saw the progress of the works, in person and when we got back to Canada, from pictures sent by Sarah and Susanna.
• When we finally got our unit delivered, we were overwhelmed and our expectations were surpassed.
• In our two months staying in the unit, we received lots of friends and family and their reaction was the same; simply WOWWWWW…

And the constructor?

• We like the way they work
• We like their work
• We had inquired on previous project (Vistas) and they were very well recommended.
• All and all, knowing the tourists concerns about investing in Mexico, we can absolutely and irrevocably reassure people about HEVA. If this is part of your concern, forget it… and make a move.
