The property is beautiful. The upstairs terrace is amazing. I got a million dollar view without paying a million. I love the heated pool and wifi on the terrace. Wifi in the lobby is also great.

I’ve had numerous construction issues but the staff has always been very prompt and pleasant. This is my first time in dealing with new construction, so I have since found out from friends that these construction issues can happen anywhere. Carlos is well known in Vallarta for his quality work, so I’m sure that all of the issues will be worked out.

We have met Sarah thru a mutual friend. At first contact, we immediately knew we were dealing with an honest and very care taking person; we never regretted and feel blessed to have encountered such a person.

We bought from her at distance and before the project actually started. We had a bunch of questions for her and did flood her with numerous e-mails from Montréal. She always took time to answer us with plenty of details, and some times, the e-mails were redacted in French, English and Spanish; t´was quite a feat.

I had purchased a great property from Sarah before, and never met someone who paid greater attention to detail and answering questions and emails. She was always available and always sought out answers to questions I needed before I bought. The closing therefore was a breeze, because Sarah only works with top closing agents. Sarah has a unique knack for truly learning what her clients like, which is why it wasn’t surprising I bought a second condo from her within months of the first purchase. I would strongly recommend her as a dedicated, detail-oriented professional.

You can always tell a great real estate agent when she helps you avoid making the mistake of buying the wrong property. I had my heart set on an ocean view beachfront penthouse in another building, and Sarah “just wanted to show me something different” before i closed the penthouse deal. She saved me from buying a great place, by showing me someplace much nicer with a better view and a far better rental property. She is a pleasure to work with, and never pressures you, and always answers all your questions before you buy.

When I was ready to seriously look at purchasing a condo in Puerto Vallarta, I didn’t know anybody in the real estate business in the region. I spoke to a number of real estate agents and had a very good first impression of Sarah. That turned out the be an accurate impression, as she spent 3 days with me making initial visits to about 25 different properties and second visits to 5 properties. She had a great ability to ask the right questions of me to make sure that we only visited properties which would be of potential interest. After the first day, she revised the remaining visits based on my feedback from the first day. Once I had made a decision on which unit to purchase, Sarah led me through the entire process. She explained the differences between US and Mexican property purchases and worked with my complicated travel schedule to make sure that everything happened as planned.

I would like to sincerely thank Sarah Elengorn for representing me as my realtor in my recent sale of my condo in Puerto Vallarta. Sarah was highly recommended to me by some close friends who had previously used her services in the real estate market.
