Originally from London, Sarah has been a full time Vallarta resident since 2003, speaks four languages fluently and is an avid traveler. She graduated the European Studies program with French and Italian from the University of Bath, UK with First Class Honors. She also lived abroad while attending college in Montpellier, France and the British Institute, Florence, Italy.

With a solid background in legal and administrative aspects of companies Isabel joined ER in 2016 and brings with her fluency in written and spoken English, contract writing & review, legal documentation drafting and transaction follow up for the ER team. Her special focus is on developments and has worked with our clients to ensure transparency and accuracy for new builds

Nancy’s passion for property, her patience and warm personality make her a client favourite! Her bilingual fluency means she can guide buyers and sellers on the intricacies of the deal. She takes plenty of time to find the right property for her clients. Nancy is always ready help and is considerate of the needs and requirements of others. She works as dedicated assistant to our Broker and has diligently shown hundreds of properties since joining ER in 2018.

Kerry has been a successful sales agent for over a decade working initially as in-house rep at developments in Nuevo Vallarta and then branching out with resales and new buyers. Kerry is fluent in English and Spanish and her solid experience and easy-going manner allow her to carefully explain the process to new buyers and sellers. Kerry is mainly focused in the Nuevo Vallarta area but also has sold extensively north in Bucerías and towards the south side in Vallarta

Born and raised in Puerto Vallarta, he brings an authentic local perspective and a deep understanding of the city and its surrounding areas. From the north of Mexico, fluently bilingual in English and Spanish and with 12 years of customer service experience and passionate traveler, Regina made roots since 2011 in the beautiful town of Bucerias. With a lot of knowledge in the region she joined E.R almost 3 years ago to manage the north shore office and customer service. Later given the acquired experience she is now one of our sales agent giving the accurate, friendly and professional guidance to find the perfect paradise home or sell our clients properties.

Wesley Cole brings a diverse background in real estate to the Puerto Vallarta market. His career has included producing radio programs in Hollywood, leading PR and marketing efforts for a Palm Springs developer, organizing Palm Springs’ first Green Expo, and owning a successful gym in San Diego.

Today, Wesley specializes in helping buyers and investors navigate Puerto Vallarta’s thriving real estate market, assisting clients seeking vacation homes, retirement properties, investment opportunities, and permanent residences.
