The Park is on the move

Vallarta´s latest Real Estate New Development aptly
named The Park, right on the corner
of Plaza Lazaro Cardenas Park and Pino Suarez, is under construction. The demolition began
last week with the removal of the existing building, formerly a hotel and more
recently small commercial rental retail space.

The obvious attraction is the site’s location just a block from the
beach and a flat, easy walk to all old
town amenities, services and entertainment. 
Another plus for would-be purchasers is the price point, with 1 bedroom
units from as low as $129,000 USD using the pre-construction discount plan (20%
off list price) and 2 bed options under $200,000 USD, they seem unbeatable for
old town standards.

The project offers parking, retail space at ground level, a semi-Olympic
(surely the only one of its kind in the area) heated pool on the rooftop, views
of the ocean, town and mountains, heated Jacuzzi, gym and 2 elevators.
