Cheap Changes for Chic Decor

It doesn’t always need a big investment of time or money to update your Puerto Vallarta home or condo.  We’ve found some of the best ideas on the web for quick and easy changes that you can make in your home that will have a big impact on a little budget.

• Painted Wall Stripes:  wallpaper has made a big comeback but papers can be pricey and it can be a messy job to hang and line up the pattern.  Try taping off horizontal or vertical strips and paint some “faux-paper” for a sophisticated update on the cheap.
• Work with What You Have:  painting outdated cabinets or changing dated hardware can bring a fresh feel to a tired kitchen.
• Change out the Accents:  not time for a new sofa but you’re ready for a new look in your living room?  Try changing throw pillows, accent rugs and small décor items to liven up the feel of your room.
