Sidney arrived in Mexico spending 3 years working and living in Cabo San Lucas before settling in Puerto Vallarta where he got valuable local experience at an international real estate firm before joining Elengorn Realtors in 2023

Sidney started in the real estate industry in 1983. Originally Licensed as an agent in New Jersey and worked with The Helmsley-Spear Organization based in New York City. After 2 successful years as an agent, he began to buy properties for personal investment in addition to real estate brokerage.

In 1995 he moved to Boca Raton, Fl., USA and secured his¨Broker´s License. He opened under the name ¨The Moskin Investment Group¨. He specialized in both Commercial and Residential real estate Brokerage and Investing.

In 2020 he moved to Cabo San Lucas, Mexico and worked with Keller Williams Real Estate.

In February, 2023 he moved to Puerto Vallarta, Mexico and joined Coldwell Banker La Costa Real Estate.

As of August, 2023 he’s now with Elengorn Realtors as a Licensed Real Estate Agent.
