Meet the Elengorn Realtors Team
Sarah Elengorn is the director of Elengorn Realtors Vallarta • Nayarit, a leading Puerto Vallarta real estate agency specializing in unique residential property sales and development opportunities.
Founded in 2007, the Elengorn Realtors Vallarta • Nayarit team is fully bilingual with extensive local knowledge and training. They are available to answer your questions and give you honest, professional advice regarding real estate purchases in new developments, Vallarta and Riviera Nayarit real estate, the current property market, appreciation and opportunities for investment and growth.
Originally from London, Sarah has been a full time Vallarta resident since 2003, speaks four languages fluently and is an avid traveler. She graduated the European Studies program with French and Italian from the University of Bath, UK with First Class Honors. She also lived abroad while attending college in Montpellier, France and the British Institute, Florence, Italy.
Sarah worked with the British Council in the French Caribbean and in the PR department of the European Delegation to the US in Washington DC. Her passion for travel, languages and humanitarian assistance, brought Sarah to Puerto Vallarta in 2003 as a volunteer with "Outreach International", a social services project for street youth.
She then accepted a position as Project Manager for a US-based not-for-profit organization improving education, health and sanitation in Vallarta and coordinating group trips to the area for specialists (surgeons, dentists, physiotherapists and volunteers).
Sarah's interest in Vallarta real estate sales was sparked by her investment in a real estate purchase in 2005. Her professional real estate career began first as a personal assistant in a Puerto Vallarta real estate agency prior to becoming a sales agent in her own right and advancing to become the Property Sales Manager at their Olas Altas Real Estate Sales & Rentals branch before deciding to open her own firm in 2014.
Kristin is from San Diego, California but has now lived full time in Puerto Vallarta since 2003. Having been involved in numerous purchases and sales herself, Kristin has a keen eye for investment opportunities and rental potential in the Vallarta-Nayarit real estate market. Her extensive real estate training originally comes from the States, where she worked alongside San Diego’s most productive broker and she uses her knowledge and professionalism to assist buyers and sellers here in Vallarta.
Fernando is from Puerto Vallarta and has previously worked in the local hospitality industry, where he developed excellent client service skills, effective communication and fluent English. He is married with twin children and lives full time in PV. Having worked for years in the Puerto Vallarta Marina at the Nima Bay development, Fernando comes to Elengorn Realtors with many years of Puerto Vallarta real estate sales experience with his focus on client care and effective follow up.
Like Sarah, Kerry is originally from the UK, but now also lives full time in Vallarta with her husband and three children. Kerry joined Elengorn Realtors with a huge amount of sales experience working on-site for several well-known developments including Villa Magna & Peninsula, and having an active role in sales and developments since 2005. Kerry is client-focused and works transparently and efficiently for both her buyers and her sellers.
Sofia is a native of Puerto Vallarta with many years’ experience in office administration and client care, having worked in the local hotel industry and with another leading Puerto Vallarta real estate company. As our Administrative Assistant, Sofia is the welcoming face of Elengorn Realtors and is a favourite with all our clients.
Karina previously worked at the Four Seasons Resort in Punta Mita and has vast experience with its high demand clientele. She is fluent in English and manages several rental properties, dealing directly with guests and their maintenance staff to ensure high quality service always, responding to inquiries, requests and problem solving. As our sales assistant, Karina helps coordinate property showings, client feedback and listing promotions.
