The XIX International Festival Gourmet runs from November 14th
to 23rd, 2013. Now in its 19th
year, the festival has grown to include fine dining restaurants in Puerto
Vallarta, Riviera Nayarit and Tepic, becoming the most important Gastronomic
Festival in Mexico.
The XIX International Gourmet Festival launches with an Opening
Party Dinner at the Fiesta Americana Hotel and will culminate at the luxurious
St. Regis Punta Mita Resort. The ten day
event will also feature cooking demonstrations, chefâ€™s tables, wine and beer tastings,
cheese samplings and â€œgourmet safarisâ€ where diners will enjoy dishes from 4
restaurants throughout the evening.
Chefs from around the world including Mexico, the USA,
Canada, Italy, France, Switzerland, Spain and Germany will be participating as
well as three chefs well known on the both the local and international culinary
scene: Chef Thierry Blouet, Chef Heinz Reize
and Chef Roland Menetrey.
The XIX Festival Gourmet is a wonderful way to explore fine
dining throughout Banderas Bay, which is recognized as one of the most
important culinary destinations in Mexico.
