P’yote Lounge

Café des Artistes is one of the most elegant fine dining
restaurants located in Puerto Vallarta.  But
many people don’t know about its P’yote Lounge, where sophistication meets
traditional Mexican culture with excellent results.

On our recent visit, we were warmly welcomed and attended to
by Ruth, who helped us to choose from the impressive martini list.  The lounge also specializes in high quality
mezcal, currently the darling of cocktail culture, and takes advantage for the thoughtfully
chosen Café des Artistes wine list.

The lounge menu provides an excellent selection of haute Mexican
bites, like plays on traditional tacos and chilaquiles with unexpected
ingredients like roasted duck and foie gras. 
The menu features small bites and share plates with enough variety and
options to easily constitute a full meal.

The décor pays homage to the indigenous Huicol culture of
Jalisco, with rich colors and embroidery work. 
There is also live music nightly making P-yote Lounge on of our favorite
Puerto Vallarta hot-spots.
