Fluvial: Known for green spaces, flat sidewalks and underground wiring, this neighborhood has been best known for single family homes. Now this area, located halfway between Marina Vallarta and downtown Puerto Vallarta, has fantastic condo buildings like CENTRIKA coming to market, perfect for professionals, small families and snowbirds.

Bucerias: Beautiful Bucerias is known for its gorgeous beaches, a safe location, restaurants and a state-of-the-art private hospital and is a top choice for retirement properties in Riviera Nayarit.
