Here are some to watch:
Versalles: this neighborhood located just east of the Hotel Zone has seen a surge in new construction, with buildings like ROMA 240 bringing beautiful living spaces for much less per square foot that in Old Town Puerto Vallarta. New restaurants and specialty shops are opening by the day in this hot neighborhood, with grocery stores, Costco and great schools all nearby.
Fluvial: Known for green spaces, flat sidewalks and underground wiring, this neighborhood has been best known for single family homes. Now this area, located halfway between Marina Vallarta and downtown Puerto Vallarta, has fantastic condo buildings like CENTRIKA coming to market, perfect for professionals, small families and snowbirds.
Bucerias: Beautiful Bucerias is known for its gorgeous beaches, a safe location, restaurants and a state-of-the-art private hospital and is a top choice for retirement properties in Riviera Nayarit. NEREA LIVING is an excellent boutique building of just 7 two-bedroom units located just two blocks from the beach.
